Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If your credit card, debit card, or bank account has already been charged for the order, we will process a refund immediately upon cancellation. However, please note that we may deduct any banking transaction charges incurred by us as a result of your order and its cancellation.

Returns

We operate on a strict no return and refund policy for all items. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We require supporting unboxing videos and images of the damaged item in order to process a return or exchange.

After 48 hours have passed since receiving your order, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are received in a damaged state. If you notice any damage within 48 hours of receiving the product, please send us an email at [email protected]. We will assist you with scheduling a reverse pickup for the damaged item.

If you wish to exchange the damaged item for the same product, please contact us via email. We will guide you through the exchange process.
